At the turn of the century, we began producing our own raw milk cheeses, dropping all imports, to the point where we now produce more than fifteen different variety of cheese. We are proud to have succeeded in harmonizing the French savoir-faire with the cheese making tradition of Quebec.
The Chaput Cheese Dairy is in fact a family affair. Already three generations have been involved in making it a success.

The founders of the company. Involved in the business from day one, they have made this family affaire a thriving enterprise and a legacy to leave to their many children and grand-children. To this day, they are still involved in the general orientation and organisation of the business. |
Patrick Chaput
| The oldest son of the family. His duties as president and head cheese maker tend to make him a busy man. Years of experience, studies in microbiology and numerous courses related to the art of French cheese making make him an authority on the subject. Often invited by world renowned universities to talk about his art, Patrick leads the company with great discipline, leadership and most importantly, passion. |

Marie-Laurence Chaput

Patrick's eldest daughter is the company's Production manager. Talented, meticulous and organized, she is in full control of all cheese production and she looks after the maturing process. She also manages the production team and is in charge of inventory management. She is the one insuring only products of the highest quality are delivered to our clients. |
Vincent Chaput
| Patrick's eldest son is the company's Sales director. As such, he is in charge marketing and insures the liaison between our clients and the company. Reliable, trustworthy and honest, he is always open to comments and loves receiving feedback from our clientele. You will surely have a chance to meet him in one of the many events he covers across the world. |
